The handle of my front door was falling off and I needed to repair it quickly. Adam from Dallas Safe & Keys appeared at short notice and replaced the broken hardware. In addition, I asked him to look at the back door, since the lock stuck sometimes. He repaired and rekeyed the lock. Adam was explaining the process and everything seemed very easy to me. The price was reasonable and everything works fine now. I highly recommend his service.

Unfortunately, I locked myself out of my apartment and I needed to contact Dallas Safe & Keys for assistance, Jeremy called me back within less than 5 minutes and gave me an estimated time of arrival.. He appeared after 25 minutes of my call and got me back inside in no time. He was quite friendly and professional and managed to make the situation quite bearable for me.
