Ben was great, he responded quickly on a short notice and immediately came to my home, he managed to fix the deadbolt, the strike plate and to rekey both deadbolt and doorknob all for a very fair price. Ben did an amazing job, quickly respond and very reliable, I would highly recommended him!

Absolutely amazing lock changing service with Jonathan at Dallas Safe & Keys, he was very kind, he came out quickly and was very easy to deal with. Jonathan replaced 5 interior doorknobs and install new deadbolts on bot my front and back doors, the cost was upfront and transparent, reasonable and totally affordable, I’m so grateful for their service and would absolutely call these guys with any lock and key related needs.

I had to replace two key fobs for an older car and the dealer told me that it was impossible. But I already had the fobs and called Dallas Safe & Keys. Mike arrived on time and programmed both fobs quickly, the price turned out to be much cheaper than in the dealerships, Mike was very polite and he clearly understood what I was asking him to do right from the initial call, both key fobs work perfectly now, 100% satisfied and would definitely use this company again.

Cody was quite prompt in his response and came even earlier than was initially estimated. He called me to make sure the earlier time was convenient for me and then started working. He got me the access to my mailbox back and I was thoroughly satisfied with his services. The price he charged was quite reasonable and I was quite thankful for that.
