I was looking for searching to replace an old deadbolt lock on my front door with a new smart lock, Mike was the locksmith who came over and helped me us to choose out the right one for me and set up the installation for the next day. Mike showed up on time to our appointment and got the job done in less than 30 minutes, he also showed me how to connect it to the Wi-Fi network and how to setup the entry code. We have used Dallas Safe & Keys several times and we are satisfied with their work. The last problem happened on a Saturday and needed to be solved quickly, Jonathan responded quickly and arrived much sooner than I expected. He fixed the lock and tested it several times before leaving. I really appreciate the fact that he focuses on doing the job properly, rather than trying to rush through it, the service may not be the cheapest but I consider the quality and reliability to be worth it for us.
