I called Dallas Safe & Keys in the morning and Josh called back within 5 minutes to confirm the address and to get better idea about what I needed. I texted him a picture of the lock and he quoted a great price for coming over, drilling out the damaged lock and replacing it with a new one. He managed to fit me in his busy schedule and came to see me within the hour, he was very personable and professional and he did an excellent job.

Ofer came out and programmed a new key fob for my 2018 Audi Q5 after my original one stopped working, he arrived on time and got the new fob ready in no time, really appreciated how, fast efficient and friendly he was throughout the whole process, and also their fair price that was quoted upfront and was totally affordable very reasonable, thanks again Ofer!
