I called Dallas Safe & Keys in the morning and Josh called back within 5 minutes to confirm the address and to get better idea about what I needed. I texted him a picture of the lock and he quoted a great price for coming over, drilling out the damaged lock and replacing it with a new one. He managed to fit me in his busy schedule and came to see me within the hour, he was very personable and professional and he did an excellent job.
