Josh was my locksmith technician and he made a perfect new key fob for my 2018 VW GTI, unlike the dealer whom I initially contacted and wanted me to tow the car to their lot, Josh came to my home at a very short notice, explained everything clearly and was upfront with the cost, was very easy to deal with and had the new fob ready in less than 20 minutes, outstanding experience highly recommended!
