We found out that the old keys from before our company moved into the building can open the door of the office. Dallas Safe & Keys gave us a reasonable quote for the replacement of the lock and we scheduled the job. Josh appeared within a couple of hours and replaced the lock quickly. In addition, he made several new keys for our employees and tested them before leaving. The lock works great now and we feel better knowing that the old keys do not work anymore.
