Unfortunately, I locked myself out of my apartment and I needed to contact Dallas Safe & Keys for assistance, Jeremy called me back within less than 5 minutes and gave me an estimated time of arrival.. He appeared after 25 minutes of my call and got me back inside in no time. He was quite friendly and professional and managed to make the situation quite bearable for me. Especially, the thing I liked was the good communication he had throughout the service, would definitely call him again.
