I had to ask for a locksmith to help me get into my locked mailbox. I contacted Dallas Safe & Keys and Adam answered my request very quickly and, what is even better, he was even able to arrive earlier than we had agreed. He called me in advance to confirm the change of schedule. Adam opened my mailbox, replaced the old lock and installed the new one. Very professional and efficient, and I am very thankful to him.
